KAILA THOMPSON

KAILA THOMPSON attended Marshall University, a NCAA Division 1 institution, where she majored in Sports Management and Marketing. She was selected to be a member of Marshall’s dance team holding the leadership role as captain.  As she completed her senior year in college, she auditioned and earned a place on the NFL Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders where she was selected by her peers to serve as a captain and leader of the team.

Kayo’s Marketing endeavors has served her well as she worked for the late Congressman Elijah Cummings on Capitol Hill, Senator Chris Van Hollen’s campaign and for the late Michael E. Busch as Speaker of the Maryland General Assembly.

Kayo continues to use her marketing skills to help corporations such as the Baltimore Ravens, Verdi Sparkletini Wine, MVMT Jewelry Collection and countless small business owners. Today, Kayo teaches her community how to confidently show up on any digital platform, edit their own content, how to pose in photos, or strategize to produce quality content at a fast pace.
