With over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, Nicole specializes in helping small businesses and government contractors master their numbers, optimize cash flow, and build sustainable, profitable operations.

Her expertise spans fractional CFO services, bookkeeping, financial planning, and tax strategy, with a strong focus on implementing the Profit First methodology to ensure clients achieve profitability from day one. Nicole’s career includes senior financial leadership roles at General Dynamics IT, CSRA, and DXC Technology, where she managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, led forecasting initiatives, and implemented internal controls for compliance and growth.

Nicole holds an MBA, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Accounting, and a Taxation Certificate from The Income Tax School. She is also a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor and one of the select few nationwide certified in Profit First.
